When you submit your website URL through the form on this site, we collect only that URL for the purpose of creating your free redesign preview. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

We do not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or any social media tracking. We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data.

3. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing our service).

4. Hosting & Service Providers

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Vercel processes technically necessary access data (IP address, browser type, access timestamp). Data transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Submitted website URLs are temporarily stored in a database operated by Supabase Inc. on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties, except as required to fulfill our service or as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, and at the latest after 90 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
